While all of our Volvo vehicles are able to boast leading safety ratings, we're especially pleased to share news about the new Volvo S60 and Volvo XC60. Both of these models recently earned ratings of "superior" in one of the newest testing programs for the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). These tests are designed to look at front crash-prevention systems and examine cars equipped with auto brake and forward collision warning. We are thrilled to have had these models perform so well because you deserve superior protection.
In addition to this news, we are happy to report that of the 74 moderately priced and luxury midsize cars and SUVs that were test, the Volvo City Safety system was the only low-speed crash prevention system in the test to be offered as a standard feature.
