Polestar Performance Packages at Volvo!

Today your friends here at Fields Volvo Northfield have good news for drivers looking for extra performance packages! This latest performance package is currently available for models such as the 2012 Volvo C30, but we will soon have even more vehicles available with factory-authorized performance tuning software! Read on to learn more about this exciting news!

The Polestar software package is perfect for the driver looking for more performance. It adds 25 horsepower and 30 lb.-ft. of torque, bringing the total to 325 horsepower and 354 lb.-ft. of torque. What's even more impressive is the fact that this additional power doesn't hurt fuel consumption! In fact, the efficient tuning of the engine only increases the power output when it is needed!

Originally, the Polestar performance software package was made available for the following models:

    XC60 T6 R-Design (MY2011-2012)
    C30 T5 (MY2008-2012)
    C70 T5 (MY2008-2012)
    S40 T5 (MY2008-2011)
    V50 T5 AWD with manual transmission (MY2008-2011)

The line-up is expanding, however, and you can also get it for the following models with a T6 engine:

    2011-2012 XC60
    2011-2012 S60
    2011-2012 XC70
