Every year, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) names what they deem to be the Top Safety Picks of the year. To earn this sought-after designation, vehicles must:

·         Earn all "Goods" (highest possible) rankings in IIHS crash tests, which include front, side, rollover, and rear crashes

·         Feature Electronic Stability Control
