Every year, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety releases their Status Report, which reviews a survey given to current owners. In the most recent report, it's reported that "Volvo owners give thumbs-up to crash avoidance features." All of us here at your favorite new Volvo dealer agree!
These owners' opinions are confirmed with data from the Highway Loss Data Institute (HLDI), which found that "the rate of property damage liability claims for Volvos with standard City Safety is lower than for other vehicles in the same class." Very impressive!
