2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country Unveiled at 2018 LA Auto Show

At Fields Volvo Cars of Northfield, we understand that a major part of being a great Volvo dealership is keeping our customers up to date with the latest in Volvo brand news. So it only makes sense that we were excited about the news of the 2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country being unveiled at this year’s LA Auto Show.

At the 2018 LA Auto Show, Volvo showed us that the wagon isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. The 2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country is a rugged reimagining of the current model. The 2020 model is expected to receive a plethora of upgrades such as an enhanced chassis and suspension, designed to improve performance while off the pavement. These upgrades also include 2.95 inches of extra ground clearance and a stellar off-driving mode, giving this wagon plenty of versatility while out on the dirt.

The 2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country is going to be just as impressive on the inside, sporting a T5 turbo-four engine with all-wheel drive capability. Down the line, Volvo has plans to implement mild hybrid and plug-in hybrid options to satisfy Volvo drivers who prioritize fuel economy. The 2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country is expected to hit showroom floors early into 2019.

It’s easy to see why we are so excited about this new rugged wagon. While you may not be able to test drive the 2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country quite yet, we have plenty of new and pre-owned Volvo brand vehicles that can tide you over until then. At Fields Volvo Cars of Northfield, our goal is to provide top-notch service by helping you get behind the wheel of the car you love.
